Workforce accommodation in Latvia
A place to live for the people who make your project happen. Luna Modul develops four-person modular homes and a planned network of managed housing sites for construction, manufacturing and logistics teams in Latvia.
Enquiries are open. The first Luna site in Olaine is planned, not open for check-in. Locations, available places, dates and prices are confirmed individually before any booking.

The current home concept has two two-person bedrooms, each with a bunk bed, wardrobe and desk. A kitchen and dining area connect the rooms; the shower and WC are separate. The transportable steel-frame design brings the home and its service connections into one module.

The Luna site concept includes shared laundry, parking, lit paths, organised waste collection and access management. Cleaning, connectivity and technical support are agreed in the location-specific offer. The pictures do not mean every service is already available or included in a standard price.

Accommodation is discussed by person and period; renting a whole module is a different service. The offer should specify accommodation, utilities, shared services and any delivery or site works separately. Price and timing are on request.

Can the team move in immediately?+
Only after a specific location and availability have been confirmed. The planned Olaine site is not currently presented as open for arrivals. Tell us your required date, including urgent needs, so we can assess feasibility.
Do you supply workers as well as accommodation?+
This enquiry is for accommodation or modules. Recruitment and labour supply are separate services and would require a separate agreement with the relevant partner.
Can a company outside Latvia enquire?+
Yes. International employers with projects in Latvia can contact us in English, Latvian, Russian or German. For modules delivered abroad, transport feasibility and destination requirements are assessed separately.
Does the request reserve beds or require payment?+
No. This is a non-binding request. Accommodation, price, dates and contract conditions must be agreed before a booking or payment.
