About Luna Modul
Luna Modul is a Latvian modular-housing company developing its own residential product and the network around it. We design the module, organise production, prepare sites, install the homes and support the people who live there.
Discuss cooperationThe module is developed as Luna’s own repeatable product, with documentation, specifications and prototype feedback kept in one engineering cycle.
Placement, rental, maintenance and relocation of homes follow demand between projects and cities.
Luna sites and partner sites turn individual modules into organised housing with utilities, laundry, access rules and local service.

Luna Design · the residential module
The idea is simple: complete as much of the home as possible in controlled production conditions, deliver it to a prepared site and connect it without rebuilding the house on location. The Luna module is designed for four residents in two separate two-person bedrooms and for the full life cycle — production, transport, installation, intensive use, maintenance and relocation.
Price and production time — on request
Four residents in two separate two-person bedrooms, each with a bunk bed, wardrobe and work space.
A load-bearing steel frame with dedicated lifting, support and transport solutions.
Heating and ventilation for Latvia, internal electrical and plumbing systems, and quick site connections.
Furniture, appliances, sanitary equipment, service access and replaceable high-wear elements are part of the design brief.
Exact dimensions, equipment packages and technical performance will be published for each confirmed model and use case.
LUNA INTERIOR

Luna Living
Luna Living is the operating layer after installation. The resident receives a furnished home; the employer receives one point of responsibility; and the territory receives clear rules for access, maintenance and shared services.
The rate depends on the city, number of residents, duration, module configuration, utilities and service scope. Until the prototype specification and first-site operating budget are confirmed, Luna issues an individual preliminary calculation rather than publishing an artificial fixed price.
Request a preliminary calculationProduction
Production is being prepared as a controlled serial process. The objective is consistent quality, a predictable bill of materials and modules that can be serviced, moved and deployed again.
Assembly tables, MIG/MAG welding, positioning and lifting equipment create the transportable load-bearing structure.
Panels, insulation, wind protection, external finish and roof are assembled for the agreed Latvian-use specification.
Electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, sanitary equipment, furniture and appliances are installed before delivery.
Connections, equipment and lifting points are checked before the completed module leaves production.
How the system is prepared
From factory to move-in
The finished home arrives at a pre-arranged location, is positioned, connected and handed over for residence.
Structure, finish and equipment are completed under controlled conditions.
Access, supports, utilities and common services are ready before delivery.
The transportable home is placed on its prepared supports.
Electricity, water, sewerage and other agreed systems are connected.
The employer or resident receives a furnished, operational living space.
Luna coordinates maintenance, site standards and future relocation if required.

Luna Sites
A workforce team needs more than beds. Luna develops its own sites and works with land and accommodation partners so that the module arrives into an organised environment with clear operating responsibility.
LUNA SITES · DAILY LIFE
These concepts show how a Luna site can combine controlled access, shared services, parking, energy systems, lighting and year-round technical support in one organised environment.

Luna Stay · mobile application
Luna is preparing a mobile application for residents and client companies. It will connect arrival information, site rules, service requests and essential accommodation details in one simple interface.
Housing details, arrival instructions and the information a resident needs from the first day.
A direct channel for maintenance, technical questions and everyday support.
Access rules, shared services, contacts and updates for each Luna location.
Luna Network · Latvia
The Latvian network is planned around industrial centres, construction corridors and cities with recurring demand for mobile labour. Each point is opened only after land, utility, documentation and operating conditions are verified.
Daugavpils · Luna Modul base
Olaine · first planned site
Rīga, Jelgava, Jūrmala, Liepāja, Ventspils, Valmiera, Ogre, Jēkabpils and Rēzekne
After the Latvian operating model: Lithuania and Estonia, followed by expansion west into other European markets.
Olaine is the first planned Luna site. Other points show cities where the model may be opened after demand, land, utilities and documentation are confirmed.
For investors
Luna is being built as an integrated operator, not only a module seller. Product ownership, serial production, prepared sites, rental and service create several routes to revenue and make the model repeatable city by city.
The standard module, engineering package and future refinements remain under Luna’s commercial control.
Sites can be developed by Luna, financed with partners or contributed by landowners.
Construction, infrastructure, manufacturing and logistics companies require organised accommodation for mobile teams.
A module can be sold, leased, placed in Luna accommodation or redeployed to another location.
After an introduction, we will send the investment package with rollout logic, financing needs and current assumptions. Financial figures are validated before issue.
Practical answers
SIA Luna Modul is registered in Daugavpils. This website presents the company’s operating model and planned product and site network. Technical parameters, schedules and commercial terms are confirmed for each project before commitment.
The current workforce concept is designed for four residents: two separate bedrooms for two people, each with a bunk bed, wardrobe and work space. Final technical parameters remain subject to engineering and approvals.
Yes. Transport, lifting, support points, installation and repeated relocation are part of the design brief. The route and crane requirements are assessed for each move.
Submit the city, number of people, start date and term. We will assess an own-site, partner-site or module-deployment solution.
Yes. A module purchase, module rental, delivery, installation and service can be discussed separately from accommodation on a Luna site.
The intended site format includes prepared module positions and utilities plus shared services such as laundry, parking, waste handling, connectivity, access rules and maintenance. The exact set is location-specific.
Choose “Request investment project” in the enquiry form. After an introductory conversation, Luna will provide the current project package and verified assumptions.
