What we collect and why
When you send a website enquiry, we store your name, contact details, destination, selected service and the project details you choose to provide. We also store the page and campaign labels from the link you used, the submission date and processing status. We use this information to respond, prepare a quotation and take steps at your request before a possible contract. We do not use this form to subscribe you to advertising.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website's hosted database (OpenAI Sites / Cloudflare). The enquiries inbox is restricted to the authorised site owner. Hosting providers process data to operate the service; their infrastructure may involve processing outside your country. Inactive enquiries are removed after 12 months without an update, during subsequent enquiry processing. You may request earlier deletion. Contract and accounting records, if a contract is concluded, are handled separately under applicable retention obligations.
Direct contact and website security
WhatsApp, Facebook and email links open external services. Data you send there is processed under those services' policies; clicking a link is not the same as submitting the website form. The site uses limited technical data to prevent abuse; a short-lived hash of an IP address may be stored for rate limiting, without storing the raw IP in the enquiries database. This website does not currently add advertising pixels or analytics cookies.
Your choices and rights
Contact sialunamodul@gmail.com to request access, correction, erasure or restriction, to object to processing where applicable, or to request portability where available. You may also complain to Latvia's Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv). Do not submit payment card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
Product information
Images are design visualisations, not evidence of completed installations. Prices, manufacturing schedules, equipment, transport, installation and destination requirements are confirmed in an individual offer and contract. Sending an enquiry does not create a purchase or a reservation.
